Well, I have a countdown at least (9 days!). After a fairly relaxing week last week, I’m back at it with major projects and/or tests due in each class before Thanksgiving break. Hmm…perhaps I should be writing a paper instead of a blog, but everyone needs a little break, right? I’m sure every Gustie is feeling a bit overwhelmed right now, but we must look at the bright side — this semester will FLY BY after Thanksgiving break. Maybe I shouldn’t be wishing away the little time I have left on the hill, but at this point in the semester I’m going to overlook that.Â
I’ll be heading home for break, and also will be spending a couple days up north at the grandparent’s house. I love Thanksgiving, not because of the delicious meal though that is a bonus, but because after Thanksgiving comes Friday. That’s right, the busiest and best shopping day of the year. Some may call me crazy, but I shall have a great time as always along with the other two million shoppers. And of course that means that I can start playing Christmas carols incessantly and decorating my house! I hope everyone has a great Turkey Day and gets to spend oodles of time with their family and partaking in whatever activity that you are all looking forward to. Talk to you in December!
